Remove System Security 2011

System Security 2011 is a new addition to the Rogue.Win-AVPro class of rogues.  System Security 2011 is another form of Open Cloud and AV Protection Online, two other similar rogues.  This infection has started bundling in rootkits (invisible files that attaches themselves to the kernel level driver of your computer, these harmful files are very difficult to remove) along with other related fake antivirus definitions.  It’s blocking capabilities of legitimate removal software and graphical interface have also been upgraded.  Our research team has classified this infection as Rogue Anti-Spyware / Rogue Anti-Malware.

What is System Security 2011

System Security 2011 shows fake scan results on your computer screen to trick you into believing your computer is infected.  Its number one goal is to dupe customers into purchasing their fake software.  Do not purchase this infection or attempt to purchase it as System Security 2011 can steal your credit card information and other personal information.  If you did purchase this rogue infection, please call your credit card company immediately to notify them of the fraudulent order.  You may also want to setup a credit monitoring system in case these thieves try to use your personal information in the future.
